Salads:

Ham, Rabaçal DOP Cheese, sweet potato/melon, mushrooms, tomato, lettuce and arugula seasoned with balsamic reduction;
DOP Rabaçal cheese, walnuts, apple, fusili, tomato, arugula and lettuce seasoned with pesto sauce;
Rabaçal DOP cheese boards and other local/regional cheeses.
